| Abstract text: | In this study we talk about the treatment of the cancer, with vegetal active substances, who containing alkaloids. We will present the most studied plants with cytostatics effects: Vinca rosea of Apocinaceae Fam. and Colchicum autumnale of Liliaceae Fam. From Vinca rosea, were extracted the alkaloids: vincaleucoblastinum, leucocristinum, vincacristinum and vinblastinum. This alkaloids action like cytostatics by decreased synthesis of ARNs and ARNt (they stop the synthesis of the nucleoproteins). The first pure chemical was colchicum and she was extracted from Colchicum autumnale. It has mitoclazic action, inhibiting karyokinetic division (it stops the division in metaphase stage). The results of this study: the alkaloids extracted from vegetable products, are very efficient in treatment to all type of the cancer. The most important thing, of these substances, is the inhibition nucleoproteins synthesis and stopping the cells divisions in metaphase stage. Stopping this proliferation we prevent apparition of the metastasis. In this study we try to reevaluate the cytostatics effects of the plants. Was obtained the medicines: from Vinblastinum – Vinblastin, Velbe, Cytoblastin, Exal, Vei ban; and from Vincristinum Otomid, Si ndovin, Vinkristin, Oncovin, Vincristine-Abic, Vincrisul. All of this are only injectable solutions and from cholchicum – Cholchicum. |
