Abstract text: The morphology and functionality of maxillary dental components appliance is the result of many hereditary, constitutionals, dynamics and biomechanics factors that are interrelated regularly. For this reason mandibulo-functional relationships should be considered pro-jaw ontogenetic, morphological, biomechanical, clinical form of their dynamic evolution. In developing of temporo-mandibular joint, joint modeling of functional elements is the action of traction and pressure from the jaw muscles and teeth eruption once under their influence. Lower jaw movements during conditioned and occlusal relief, muscle traction device dentomaxillary produce capsular, ligament stretch generating articular condyle displacements of adequate space in all directions individual mandibular kinematics. Thus, dental tooth contacts in full dynamics are influenced by the arch occlusal surface relief by providing morphofunctional configuration temporo-mandibular joint elements. Eruption of teeth and their position on the arches is dependent functional engagement of their statico-aided dynamic neuromuscular complex. This creates muscle contractions casual morphogenetic stimuli, which is manifested by traction and pressure repeated many times, helping to shape specify the entire skeleton and its joints. In the context of temporo-mandibular joint mentioned is the most complex joint of the body holds the unique particularities of its own muscle insertion on the meniscus (external pterygoid), one can adapt mostly to certain risk ethiopathogenic factors. This is obvious in the complex of potentiality in menisco-condilian dinamico-kinematics whose activity is permanently controlled and directed by neuromuscular reflexes mechanisms. Disruption in terms of functional equilibrium by an occlusion device dentomaxilar traumatogena if dysfunctional factor occurs and acts slowly, temporo-mandibular joint adaptation and self-defense has possibilities. If dental iatrogenics sudden overload occurs the result mandible inability to find the correct position against the normal physiological jaw. In such cases the units odonto-parodontal, neuromuscular complex temporo-mandibular joint and alterations stands as an expression of a cranio-mandibular dysfunction may be advanced, decompensated.
