| Abstract text: | The concept of interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity, appeared initially quite poorly defined. Our concept of research must be based on creation of advanced fundamental and applicative research, contributing to the development of knowledge, competences and abilities: basic research then progress to the clinical level, or the patient’s “bedside” with interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary effect. Our purpose must be developing a beneficial intervention of research in the clinical field improve diagnosis, prognosis, and prevention, building blocks and pathways between molecular medicine, biology, so called translational research initiatives, in integrated research networks. Clinical outcomes are improving human health, with new scientific discoveries translated into practical applications with interconnections between basic sciences – faculty of biology, pharmacy, molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, biomedical sciences: biophysics, biochemistry, anatomy, histology, biostatistics, physiology, immunology, pharmacology, microbiology, etc., medical ethics, pre-clinical sciences: pharmacotherapy, medical genetics, organ-linked pathology, etc. and clinical sciences: clinical specialties, disease management, and applied translational research, “translational bio-medicine”. |
