Abstract text: Selective polishing the dental arches natural static and dynamic occlusion in central position condyle is among measures of invasive dental treatment, during which removes healthy tooth substance. For this reason, the establishment indications of treatment planning and precise implementation are badly needed. A dental polishing natural therapy may be necessary after preliminary treatment of occlusal trays of madibulo-brain dysfunction, and therapeutic measures after orthodontic and jaw surgery in order to obtain harmonious occlusal reports at the mid condyle. During these presentations will be guiding principles for conducting therapy described by grinding, which are available at the course and polishing dental restorations. Therefore, this therapy should always with reluctance.
