| Abstract text: | This paper wants to emphasize the activity of Hematology Clinic of Arad, Romania, in the period from its foundation until now (2005-2010). The Hematology Clinic of Arad is the only Clinic in the field of Hematology in Arad district, attending all hematological patients form Arad district. The objective of this paper is to make an analyze of its activity and to show the constant increase in the activity of the Clinic during this period, this reflecting the growth in the number of hemato-oncologic patients within Arad district and the better methods of early diagnose. The methods used National Programme Indices and personal statistical data that compare the activity of the Clinic from each year. The results show a permanent improvement in the management of the Clinic, reflected by the standard statistical methods. Moreover, this paper wants to signalize the increasing incidence in some hemato-oncological disorders, the increasing of advanced stages of disease at diagnose, the increase in refractory disease forms and worse prognostic disease forms. |
