Abstract text: This study’s aim was to identify problems at the institution to certain aspects of organizational effectiveness: individual and group performance, ongoing labor conditions, the performance of the institution generally, identifying stress factors and the possibility establish an efficient management of stress in these structures without affecting the results of work performed. Given the complex issues connected with functioning rule of law, entitled the structures of Administration and Interior Ministry have multiple tasks on democratic rights and freedoms. Work is performed by different specialized structures continuous exposure to stress, often involving a physical and neuro-psychiatric overload. The specific problem at work today is chronic fatigue syndrome, characterized by physiological and emotional exhaustion and frustration often caused by chronic level, the volume of work coupled with too much or too little work. For existing professional objectivity stress were investigated: a. changes vanilmandelic acid concentration; b. changes corticosteroid hormone levels. Based on the correlation values and the initial three months of the first determination of vanilmandelic acid and corticosteroid hormone levels could form three groups of patients. Random correlation of these categories with three variables revealed significant association of exposure to stress with changes occurring.
