Abstract text: | Introduction. Many studies are highlighting the clinical and evolution correlation, factors which are helping the virus development, which determine and help a particular evolution in acute viral hepatitis B. Objectives. The study will try to analyze the viral markers in evolution, regarding the highlight of some risk factors and their importance in the disease evolution. Methods. We studied 100 patients over a period of 5 years. The patients were divided into two groups: 1st group – 60 patients with acute viral hepatitis with positive AgHBs; 2nd group – 40 patients with recurrent acute viral hepatitis with negative AgHBs These patients were registered and have been analyzed the demographic and clinical data, the evolution and the epidemiological aspects. The cases were as well analyzed regarding the age and the gender of the patient. All the data was studied comparative on the 2 patient groups. Conclusions. Some risk considered factors have a significant role in the evolution of acute hepatitis B. It should be remarked the importance of the education level, the professional area and the other associated diseases. The risk factors have an important role in the appearance of viral hepatitis B and as well over the evolutions of the disease. We noticed that the markers of the VHB infection have a significant role in determining the chronic hepatopaties in our region. |
