Selective polishing the dental arches natural static and dynamic occlusion in central position condyle is among measures of invasive dental treatment, during which removes healthy tooth substance. For this reason, the establishment indications of treatment planning and precise implementation are badly needed. A dental polishing natural therapy may be necessary after preliminary treatment of occlusal trays of madibulo-brain dysfunction, and therapeutic measures after orthodontic and jaw surgery in order to obtain harmonious occlusal reports at the mid condyle. During these presentations will be guiding principles for conducting therapy described by grinding, which are available at the course and polishing dental restorations. Sanding natural dental arches to restore balanced static and dynamic occlusions is an invasive therapeutic approach, in which removes dental hard substance. Therefore, this therapy should always with reluctance. Unlike bridges and coronary treatment by dental restoration, whereby the vertical dimension can be maintained that reconstituted the grinding therapy will always be lowered. Degree vertical size reduction depends on the amount of dental hard substance to be removed to achieve a stable relationship foseta occlusion cusps-static and dynamic occlusion previously a guide. |
