Abstract text: Chronic lymphatic leukemia is a lymphatic tissue disease which is characterized through accumulation of small lymphocytes, immunological not good, bilateral adenopathies and splenomegaly. Usually, they appear after 50 years old and they are more often on men that women. Two big phenomena appear: the infiltration of the organs (adenopathies, splenomegaly, medullary changes) and immunity bad goings; the cervical, underarms and inguinal ganglia are mobile and not painful. The deep adenopathies, the mediastina ones and the mesenteric ones produce the phenomenon of compression. By replacing the hematopoietic cells with leukemia cells appear anemia, thrombopenia and neutropenia. The differential diagnosis is done with: sarcoidosis, carcinomas, sarcomas, lymphomas, adenitis, infected lymphatic malformations, colagen diseases, system diseases. This study presents a clinical case, patient B.C., 60 years old, male, who was retained in hospital cause of the following symptoms: anemia, asthenia, weight loss and superficial adenopathies. CT reveals the fact that he has paraaortic adenopathies, parahilar ones and pulmonary lesions in both sides situated on apical part. He was treated with cytostatics, several times and he had very slow evolution. The prognosis is reserved.
